FORward
Faribault Adult Education “FORward” is a program funded by the MN Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) to build skills for the workforce such as digital literacy, career exploration, interviewing, resume devlopement, and job-readiness skills.
FORward is open to adult students who intend to pursue a new career or college degree. The class is designed to provide varied opportunities for students to explore education, manufacturing, or healthcare career pathways and become familiar with post-secondary learning strategies.
To help students reach their career and education goals, students will be paired with a Life Navigator. The Life Navigator is tasked with removing barriers for the student to ensure student success.
